"La Dimora Gigante" is an ancient residence surrounded by the green hills of the evocative countryside of Castellana. Its location, is 2.5km from the city center, makes the residence the ideal place for a holiday of relaxation and tranquility. The farm is located in the middle of the eighteenth century in the district of San Nicola di Genna, near the homonymous country church in the sixteenth century. Previously used as a residence for the passage of the ancient travelers on horseback, The De Bellis family-Trinchera, was later bought in the nineteenth century by the present family Gigante that made the building an ancient farmhouse. The recent renovation has allowed the house to maintain its original characteristics offering its customers the opportunity to stay in the heart of nature and history of Castellana. The structure is made entirely of limestone on two floors and surrounded by 10 hectares of land cultivated with olive groves, cherry, almond and sparse local fruit trees that surround the delightful private swimming pool.
